This online HACCP training program provides an introduction to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. It teaches methods of developing and managing a HACCP system and includes regulatory prerequisite programs, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Processes. Students who earn this certificate improve their career potential as they become HACCP coordinators eligible for management positions in the food industry. This program is taught by distance education. Students may complete this certification on their own time, at their own pace.
