Our Mission

The NC State University Sensory Service Center conducts contract (proprietary) studies using qualitative and quantitative sensory testing and volatile compound analyses tailored to meet the needs of its clientele. These efforts are augmented by independent research and exploration conducted in the internationally recognized program of Professor MaryAnne Drake.
