Clinic

The Plant Disease and Insect Clinic diagnoses plant diseases and identifies insects to help farmers, growers, landscapers, homeowners, and gardeners grow healthy plants and crops.  In consultation with expert faculty, we recommend ways to treat or prevent the problems we diagnose. The PDIC was established as the Plant Disease Clinic in the Department of Plant Pathology at NC State University in 1951. We are a member of the National Plant Diagnostic Network external linkand the Southern Plant Diagnostic Network external link.

The Clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
